My refund has not been sent was supposed to be 27th February, I've emailed, been on live chat more than 5 times, tried calling the number which rang then said you have exceeded the number of simultaneous channels allowed for this account, this call is being disconnected. I received my last refund which was over £30 but waiting on a refund under £15! Really?

I haven't received my order. It's very bad.
There is no tracking record, nothing at all. You said I would receive it on the 14th of December, and today is the 17th.
It was supposed to be given to my wife as a birthday present. I'm very disappointed.

I bought an outfit for an engagement I had the following month. When I went to wear it, it had bodily fluids in the crotch.
I tried to wipe to see what it was because I had planned to wear this outfit.
I sent a picture like they asked and they never responded. I have an outfit with brown body fluids in the crotch and they never responded back after they told me to send in pictures.

I have placed order on Thursday 10.10.24 at 21.08pm. in the night, 1st the app claims they offer klarna and zilch in the checkout section but when we use it, it doesn't work I've faced this 2nd time, while I selected zilch to pay PLT doesn't accept it I get a pop up message" oops something went wrong with the payment"I selected next day delivery because I'm traveling this Monday,ok now I paid full amount placed new order but unfortunately while choose debit card in the shipping method its automatically choosing standard shipping which is 3.99 and I placed order on 10th Oct Thursday which is working days for PLT Friday not yet shipped and Saturday too but still processing but in website it claims that if I place order within weekdays before 11pm they ship it next day for UK shipping, I've sent emails but the response is they can't help with it...I said I'm traveling they reply we can't help in this I need to place new order n return this order when I receive I said im not available I can't do it...I'm not gonna be here anymore, this ppl don't have cancellation at least to cancel n place new order with next day delivery..I emailed its still in processing at least cancel from ur end and place new order they can't do that, I said I'll pay extra money for next day delivery but answer is 'WE CAN'T HELP', agn to return they charge 1.99 and for shipping to when is UK based company(scammers)., there's not cx number to instantly call n make changes nor live chat they just have WhatsApp number..which say invite when try to what's dem and they mention they work fast, I'm like sir where do u work fast..?

I cannot access the customer service team at all. They make it almost impossible to return a faulty item that is expensive and overpriced.
I am so frustrated. I have been trying to return this item for 2 weeks and I cannot get in contact with them at all. They redirect you to the same web page which is just the FAQs page.
And the customer service number is fake. I am so angry; they just take your money.

Missing parcel
I ordered a parcel on the 5th December for next day delivery and it still hasnt come Ive tried to contact every one and I was told to wait for the 18th I have Im not happy to wait any longer , I would like a refund processing this is out of order, and Ive been informed its lost but being told to wait is disgusting i need this resolving
